AI education begins early
In a landmark move, India’s Union Education Ministry has announced that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will become part of the national school curriculum from Class 3 onwards, beginning with the 2026–27 academic session. The government stated that AI and CT will reinforce the concepts of learning, thinking, and teaching. Teachers will receive proper training before AI lessons reach classrooms.
